Policies
Please review studio policies before securing your appointment.
Deposit
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to the remaining balance.
Arrival
Please arrive on time and ready for service. If you are running late, contact the salon as soon as possible. We do not charge for lateness, however we reserve the right to cancel the appointment if a client is more than 20 minutes late without notifying the salon.
Hair prep
Come with clean, fully dried, and product-free hair unless noted otherwise.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment, and the deposit already paid will be applied to the new date. If a reschedule is requested within 24 hours of the appointment, a new deposit will be required.
No call / no show
Clients who do not call and do not show up for their appointment will be automatically blocked from booking future appointments.
